Fund management firm S Cube Capital acquired by InCred Capital

Subject to regulatory approvals, S Cube Capital will be integrated into InCred Global Wealth Pte in Singapore, according to InCred Capital, the InCred Group’s institutional, wealth, and asset management division.
By incorporating regulated fund vehicles into its Singapore platform, the acquisition enhances InCred Capital’s offshore product portfolio. Additionally, it expands on the company’s recent acquisition of Arrow Capital DIFC, strengthening its capacity to assist investors throughout the Singapore-GCC-India corridor.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) oversees Singapore-based S Cube Capital, which offers institutional investment expertise with a focus on regional markets and international networks.
Balaji Swaminathan and Hemant Mishr of S Cube Capital will become Joint Vice Chairmen of InCred Global Wealth’s global asset management division as part of the deal.
InCred Capital is a wealth management, asset management, and institutional equities company with operations in India, Singapore, Dubai, and London. The company oversees approximately Rs 10,000 crore ($1 billion) in asset management AUM and over Rs 1 lakh crore ($10.5 billion) in wealth AUM.
