Geospatial tech startup Heliware secured Rs. 7 Cr Pre-Series A funding
Heliware, a geospatial technology startup, has raised a total of Rs 7 crore in a pre-Series A round co-led by JITO Angel Network and supported by TIE, Amit Engineers, and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation.
According to a press release from Heliware, the company intends to use the money to grow its tech staff and business division.
Heliware is a cutting-edge technology used for mapping and analytics, and it was founded by Rajan Srivastav. Any business can use its patented technology stack to develop customized analytics software and dashboards using its data through a heliware engine for real-time data analysis.
This technology can be used for real-time management in a variety of fields, including logistics, energy, construction, and defense. The USP of the company consists of base map independence, in-house algorithms for advanced tiling, and highly specialized SDK and APIs built with the scalable model.
According to Heliware, these sectors it supports include renewable energy, retail & supply chain, mining, construction, and defense. The company reports that its staff has increased from 25 to 65, its clientele has grown from 30 to 60, order booking has increased by 200%, and revenue has increased by 106% (YoY).
In order to advance its technology and broaden its reach, Heliware claims to have collaborated with tech companies like GfK in Southeast Asia and Echo Analytics in the European region.
