Through the ISHOW accelerator, which is a component of the ASME Hardware portfolio of programs, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is accepting applications from social innovators who are focused on scaling hardware technology solutions that address pressing global issues.
Individuals and businesses bringing tangible goods to market that will benefit society or the environment and that further ASME’s objective of advancing engineering for the good of humanity are eligible to apply for the global ISHOW accelerator program. ASME is especially interested in hardware solutions that tackle human health, the water, food, and energy nexus, and humanitarian and habitat issues.
In addition to having an existing prototype, ASME ISHOW applicants should be interested in obtaining financial and technical assistance, as well as access to expert networks that can help them bring their product to market. Applications are open here.
