A pre-seed funding round led by D2C Insider Super Angels has raised an undisclosed amount for the D2C nutrition brand GoOAT.
Along with Deep Bajaj (founder of Sirona), Mohit Bajaj (co-founder of Sirona), Dhruv Kohli (founder of Boba Bhai), Shiv Dhawan (founder of First Coffee), Akash Gupta (founder of Zpyy Electric), Vikram Ahuja (founder of HomeGuru), Gagan Malhotra (lead at Swiggy Dineout), and Sanchit Garg (operation manager at Amazon), a number of other investors participated in the round.
The funds will support GoOAT’s initiatives to broaden its product line and quicken research and development for the Indian market.
With its creative, ready-in-30-second formula, GoOAT, which was founded by Yash Kalra, offers breakfast and snacking meal options. It meets the need of consumers who are health-conscious for tasty and nourishing options.
D2C Insider, a D2C community with over 10,000 founders as members, introduced the Super Angels Fund, an operator fund designed specifically for the modern consumer market, in October of last year.
