Mumbai: Wealth management platform – Groww, that targets millennials and first-time investors, has scooped up USD 30 million in its Series C round of funding led by Y Combinator’s growth-stage investment fund Continuity.
Groww’s existing investors, Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital and Propel Venture Partners also participated in the round.
In a statement, Groww said the fresh fund will be deployed in strengthening its tech infrastructure and hiring in engineering talents across product and growth.
A portion of the capital raised will also be used for promoting its financial education initiative across India.
