Guest management platform Guestara raised $500K Pre-seed funding
Under the direction of Sanjay Ghare, the guest management platform Guestara has raised $500K in a pre-seed fundraising round.
According to a news release from Guestara, the money raised will be used to create innovative AI-powered solutions that improve guest pleasure, expedite operations, and open up new revenue streams for hotels across the globe.
Akshay Dekate, Kajal Makhija, Neelaksh Gupta, and Rajat Maheshwari co-founded Guestara in 2024. The company provides an AI-powered guest management platform that automates and centralizes important hospitality tasks. The company offers a range of technologies that are easy to connect with top Property Management Systems (PMS), including unified inboxes, contactless mobile check-in, omnichannel guest engagement, tailored upselling, and smart checkout.
Guestara seeks to empower hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals by transforming guest administration into a consolidated, intelligent process. By increasing operational effectiveness and fostering customer loyalty, it uses AI to assist hotels in improving the visitor experience. The startup wants to turn the industry into a data-driven, people-focused one and onboard two million rooms worldwide.
With over 2,000 rooms overall, the Gurugram-based business says it has already onboarded hotels and short-term rentals as beta clients, including three international hotel brands. These customers have reported a 57% increase in additional revenue, a 35% increase in guest satisfaction, and a 20% increase in operational efficiency.
