Parv Network, Growth 91, and Aapna Infotech are co-leads the $0.5 million pre-Series A funding round for HR Tech and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform uKnowva.

uKnowva, a smart HR and workplace automation platform founded in 2010 by Abhay Talekar, Priyanka Bhor Jain, and Vicky Jain, makes workforce management easier and more efficient for companies in a variety of industries aiming to digitize and optimize their HR operations.
With the help of cutting-edge AI capabilities, the Mumbai-based platform provides a full range of features covering hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and analytics. It seeks to streamline workplace automation and human resources.
