MyKare.ai, a healthcare firm, has raised $3.2 million, with an extra $1 million coming from a Series A fundraising round. The founders of Papa.com, Andrew and Alfredo, as well as a prominent Middle Eastern family office, participated in the round.

According to a press release from MyKare, the additional cash will be utilized to promote worldwide expansion, speed up product development, and improve AI capabilities.

MyKare.ai, which was co-founded in 2021 by Senu Sam, Rahmathulla T M, and Joash Philipose, creates an AI-native healthcare operating system for medical facilities. Through AI agents and voice AI, the platform assists in automating patient acquisition, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, communication, feedback collection, and other administrative activities.

By combining these features into a single platform, the business hopes to enhance patient satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Additionally, its AI agents are capable of answering calls, managing patient inquiries, identifying intent, updating CRM records, and assisting with patient retention.

The company claims to provide services to healthcare organizations in the United States, the Middle East, India, and the United Kingdom.

It is in direct competition with Yellow.ai, Haptik, Senseforth.ai, Hyro, and Cognigy, among other prominent players in this field.
