Hearzap raised Rs 50 Cr Series A funding from 360 One Healthcare Opportunities Fund
Hearing Solution (Hearzap), a chain of audiology stores in Hyderabad, has raised Rs 50 crore (roughly $6 million) in a Series A round from 360 One Healthcare Opportunities Fund, a private equity (PE) fund under 360 ONE Asset that focuses on healthcare and life sciences.
According to a press release, Hearzap will use the money to expand its operations across the nation over the following three years.
Hearzap is a digital suite of applications for remote diagnostics and virtual shopping experiences. It was founded by Selvaraj Rajapandian. With a staff of more than 100 audiologists, it provides hearing care through more than 90 audiology clinics—which double as hearing experience stores—operated across seven states.
With an estimated $2.5 billion under management, 360 ONE PE concentrates on investments in the consumer, financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Notable healthcare holdings include Kauvery Hospitals, Nephroplus, and Infigo Eye.
