Hero Group platform HeroMindmine acquired by Imarticus Learning

Imarticus Learning, a professional education company, has purchased Hero Group platform Hero Mindmine for an undisclosed sum.

Imarticus Learning claims that the acquisition’s goal is to build a comprehensive and all-encompassing sales excellence academy that offers end-to-end sales training solutions.

Imarticus Learning will further enhance its position as a transformative edtech company following the acquisition. It will serve as an all-inclusive Sales Excellence Academy, providing services for the creation of e-learning and game-based learning content as well as sales enablement and coaching, management and leadership programs, and custom training solutions.

Imarticus Learning is an edtech platform that provides sector-specific education using cutting-edge technology, specialized training, career assistance, and mentorship from sector experts. The platform offers interactive live lectures that are both online and in person, peer-to-peer discussions, hybrid learning modules, industry-focused seminars, capstone projects, guest lectures, soft skills training, etc. It provides programs that train students for lucrative careers in data science, analytics, finance, banking, and technology.

Imarticus Learning has also acquired Skillenza and StartOnboard in addition to this, making this the third acquisition of Imarticus. It intends to maintain the pattern and is looking to add worthwhile assets. It also has other planned acquisitions for this year.
