Houze received $2 M in funding from DKRA Group

Houze, a Vietnamese proptech company, raised $2 million in financing funded by DKRA Group.

Houze is an offline-to-online platform that links brokers and house purchasers and offers transaction, management, investment, and financial services, among other things. It was founded in 2015 by Pham Lam. Houze Agent is an online brokerage, Houze Commerce is a SaaS-based property management solution, and Houze Invest is a real estate investing platform.

Houze plans to utilize the fresh funds to expand its core management team and develop its products, according to the company. The firm thinks that its cooperation with DKRA Group would allow it to benefit from the group’s exclusive inventory and industry knowledge.

According to the firm, another round of funding is in the works, which will allow it to introduce new goods.

The revelation comes just days after Propzy, another Vietnamese proptech firm, announced the layoff of half of its workforce as it transitions from “massive internal operations” to an automated, self-service model that depends entirely on third-party agents.
