Icanheal raised Rs 15 Cr Seed funding from IvyCap Ventures
IvyCap Ventures helped the healthcare startup Icanheal raise Rs 15 crore for its seed round.
The company stated in a press release that the money will be utilized to increase operations, hire more staff, make technological investments, and expand geographically.
Girish Poddar and Amit Backliwal founded Icanheal, which provides patients who are unable to pay for prompt and efficient medical care with tailored financing options.
The Mumbai-based startup wants to make advanced medical interventions—such as medications, equipment, and hospital surgeries—more widely accessible.
Almost fifty companies in the fields of deeptech, consumer tech, edtech, agritech, healthtech, and spacetech have received investments from IvyCap Ventures. IvyCap Ventures declared the final close of its third fund at Rs 2,100 crore in April of this year. About twenty-five early-stage startups will receive investments from the firm through this fund.
