Incuspaze expands its co-working business by acquiring Trios

In an effort to grow, managed office space provider Incuspaze paid cash and stock to acquire Pune-based co-working company Trios.
With a portfolio totaling 40 lakh square feet and more than 50 locations spread across 18 cities, Incuspaze was founded in 2016. Trios was established in 2017 and now runs 12 co-working spaces in Pune and Gurugram.
Incuspaze claims that it purchased Trios in order to meet Pune’s rising demand for flexible workspaces. The topline revenue will rise by 10–15% in a 100% acquisition through a cash and stock deal, helping the company reach its revenue target of Rs 350–400 crore for 2025–2026.
According to Incuspaze, this acquisition will standardize the customer experience throughout all locations, increase cost efficiencies, and broaden the company’s regional reach. It considers Trios to be a logical strategic and cultural fit. In its quest to establish a nationwide network of superior, adaptable workspaces, the acquisition represents a significant milestone.
FlexLeaze is a new business that Incuspaze recently established to offer corporates end-to-end office leasing solutions. Rahul Sarin has been named FlexLeaze’s CEO and co-founder.
It has entered the managed office space fit-out lease services market with this new business vertical.
