Indian fintech firm Dezerv secured $20.7 M in Series A round

According to Entrackr, Dezerv, an Indian financial platform, has secured $20.7 million in a series A financing headed by Accel Partners. With the round, the company’s value increases to US $100 million and its overall sum of cash was raised to US $27.7 million.

Elevation Capital, Matrix Partners, Whiteboard Capital, and GTM Ventures are some of the additional investors who participated in the round.

Dezerv is a portfolio management service (PMS) and alternative investment fund that caters to high-net-worth people. With a minimum ticket size for their PMS of 5 million rupees (US $63,411), the business provides direct bonds, counselling, and startup investment options to its subscribers.

Sandeep Jethwani, Sahil Contractor, and Vaibhav Porwal formed the company in April 2021. It has supposedly spent the last ten months in closed beta.

Elevation Capital and Matrix Partners India launched a seed round in which Dezerv secured $7 million in the US in September 2021.
