Industrial solutions startup Proxgy backed by Cricketer Riyan Parag

Indian cricket player and Rajasthan Royals captain Riyan Parag has contributed Rs 2 crore to Proxgy, a technology startup that specializes in industrial and frontline solutions.

With this investment, Proxgy’s current backers—Ajinkya Rahane, Nikhil Kamath, Peyush Bansal, and Suhail Sameer—are strengthened.

Its industrial technology products will be developed and scaled with the help of the proceeds.

Pulkit Ahuja founded Proxgy in 2020 with the goal of enhancing blue-collar workers’ efficiency and safety through IoT-led hardware and software.

Its products include proprietary software, hardware, and an intelligence layer driven by AI.

The company specializes in industries that need operational monitoring, training, and remote collaboration, especially in demanding work settings.

Indian cricket player Ajinkya Rahane contributed to the Gurugram-based startup’s ongoing $3 million Series A funding round back in December of last year. In September 2024, the development was reported by media.
