Finhaat, an insurance platform, has raised $3 million in seed money, with Kettleborough VC leading the effort.
Finhaat serves underserved populations, such as middle-class and lower-class residents in Tier II and Tier III cities, as well as rural communities, by way of its exclusive distribution infrastructure.
Finhaat launched its first product vertical, insurance, in June 2022. The startup is developing a platform for B2B insurance distribution and servicing that will be used by organizations that assist the underprivileged, such as cooperatives, NGOs, FPOs, MFIs, NBFCs, and BC networks.
