KSUM invites ideas for product development

Kozhikode: The Kerala State-Up Mission (KSUP) has invited applications from technology start-ups, from the districts of Kozhikode and Kasaragod, having ideas that can be converted into products with market value, for innovative entrepreneurship and product development at its Incubation Centres.

A KSUM press note here on Saturday said the Incubation Centres will offer infrastructure, financial, and technology aid to students and entrepreneurs. KSUM will also provide well-furnished office space with high-speed internet back-up, government aid as per rules, technical support, and arrange meetings with investors.

As part of KSUM’s induction programs, the selected start-ups will get opportunities to participate in global start-up fairs and exhibitions and management development programs to be conducted in association with IIMs of Kozhikode and Bengaluru.

The nascent ventures will also get free Internet Cloud services and development tools, guidance from world-famous start-up experts, founders, and academic experts.

That apart, an innovation grant of Rs 12 lakh from KSUM for converting ideas into market-value products is also awaiting the start-ups.
