Lumikai led $400K Pre-seed raised by new-age digital fashion platform Meta Fashion

In a pre-seed funding round headed by Lumikai, the cutting-edge digital fashion platform Meta Fashion raised about $400K. Angel investors Big Bets (Anton Gauffin’s family office), Akshat Rathee, and Pratham Mittal participated.
According to a press release from Meta Fashion, the money raised will be used to expand across several UGC platforms, grow its original IP game GlamGirls, and scale its virtual fashion business.
Arjun Goel founded Meta Fashion in 2022. The company produces trend-driven digital fashion for sites like Roblox, Fortnite, and ZEPETO in addition to a physical D2C line that converts virtual bestsellers into tangible goods.
In order to improve discovery, speed up asset creation, and increase conversion across virtual marketplaces, Meta Fashion claims that its platform is a proprietary AI-native “fast fashion” engine for digital assets that uses AI-powered styling and creation tools that analyze live marketplace trends and demand signals.
According to Meta Fashion, it has sold more than 2.5 million virtual fashion items on the Roblox marketplace, earning about $300K in gross merchandise value while maintaining a 92% gross margin. The company has also collaborated with international brands like Walmart to introduce physical goods into the digital realm.
GlamGirls, the startup’s dress-up game, debuted in beta on Roblox in late 2025 and has amassed over 100K paying users, 50% of whom are over 18 and 75% of whom are female.
Twin Atlas, TOPCAT, Reverse Polarity, and PhygitalTwin are some of the other platforms in this market that it might directly or indirectly compete with.
