In a seed funding round headed by Prajay Advisors, the luxury men’s clothing brand Halden, based in Mumbai, has raised 5 Rs crore.
According to a press release from Halden, the new funding will be used to increase the company’s product line and market presence.
Anuj Beriwal and Mukund Singhal co-founded Halden in 2019 with the goal of granting access to high-end luxury goods at a reasonable cost. The new company makes belts, sunglasses, accessories, travel gear, and supplies for businesses.
Since its founding, Haldèn claims to have assisted more than one lakh clients from Tier I and Tier II cities. The startup wants to get into new online and retail markets, grow sales, improve brand visibility, and increase its offline presence.
By enabling more people to have access to premium, reasonably priced goods, Halden expands the luxury market in India.
