The acquisition of Malaysia-based Propay Partners by human resources technology company Activpayroll will help the former’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to this agreement, according to a statement from Activpayroll, the two companies had a long-standing partnership. Propay Partners provides employee mobility and payroll outsourcing services.
UK-based Activpayroll, founded in 1999 by Alison Sellar, provides over 1,200 enterprises in 154 countries with worldwide services in employee payroll, human resources, international payments, and employee mobility. Currently, the company has 18 offices spread across over five continents.
Manish Mehta and Raj Kumar Paramanathan launched Propay Partners meanwhile in 2001. Its customers include Siemens, General Electric, Unilever, Coca-Cola, and BMW, and it covers international corporations across Asia.
By 2030, the global market for human resource technology is anticipated to reach US $38.4 billion, expanding at a 5.7% CAGR.
