Merak Ventures led $1.2 M Seed funding secured by SaaS platform Rupyz

With the help of additional angel investors, Merak Ventures led the $1.2 million seed funding round for integrated SaaS platform Rupyz.

Rupyz said in a press release that the money will be used to expand its core technological offerings and guarantee reliable, scalable solutions that meet the changing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Rupyz is a SaaS platform for B2B e-commerce that was co-founded in 2019 by Dhaval Radia, Gourav Gupta, Akshay Gupta, and Palash Lunia. It allows brands to digitize and scale their distribution both offline and online. With the use of Rupyz’s platform, a brand can map out its entire supply chain digitally, simplifying supply chain procedures and enabling quicker, more effective business growth.

In the upcoming 12 to 15 months, Rupyz hopes to onboard over 3,000 businesses.

The Gurugram-based company claims that its platform connects over 85 brands, 6,500 distributors, and 250,000 retailers nationwide as an innovative omnichannel solution.

It promises to increase ROI and operational efficiency by 20% to 30%.
