mjunction conducts its first e-auction for Chhatisgarh Mining & Mineral Resources Department

New Delhi: mjunction services limited, a B2B e-commerce company, recently conducted its first e-auction for the Chhattisgarh Mining & Mineral Resources Department, as part of its integrated e-procurement system deployed by the Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS), under the Government of Chhattisgarh.

E-auction was conducted for dolomite and black granite, and this assumes significance in the wake of the government’s decision to open up the mining space for commercial mining, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi said will bring the sector out of decades of lockdown, a company release issued here today said.

CHiPS CEO Sameer Vishnoi (IAS) said, “Our e-auction experience with mjunction has been good. It was a user-friendly, effective and transparent system and came with mjunction’s long years of experience in the e-auction space. The team at Chhattisgarh was readily available and the e-auction was conducted smoothly even amid lockdown.”
