Momofin received undisclosed funding from investors

Momofin, an Indonesian firm that manages documents and contracts, has secured an unknown amount from investors, including Firlie Ganinduto, president director of credit-scoring startup Digiscore, and Rorian Pratyaksa, co-founder of local social commerce platform Woobiz.

It was the first funding round, according to Momofin. It will strengthen its product line with the new money.

Momofin has serviced over 10,000 customers and 100 corporate clients since it was founded by Pranowo Putro, Saga Iqranegara, and Yoga Pratama earlier this year. Momofin was also chosen by Peruri, a state-owned business that prints money and security documents, as a key technology partner.

MomofinGO, a cloud-based web-based document and contract lifecycle management solution for organizations, and eMET, an electronic seal app for individual users, are the startup’s two current offerings.

The business is attempting to get further capital, which it will use to expand both its user base and improve its digital ecosystem.

“With the new funding, we want to innovate our product technology to be more sophisticated by applying artificial intelligence. We hope that with our existing data, we can develop automation features to facilitate our users in the future,” Putro said in a statement.
