Moroccan proptech Agenz raised undisclosed investment from Renew Capital

Renew Capital has invested in Agenz, a data-driven platform that offers instantaneous property assessments and market insights in Morocco. The business provides instant property valuations using advanced data intelligence, allowing users to simply determine current market values or set precise pricing for sales. In addition, the platform provides a number of services like thorough market insights and lead generation for both buyers and sellers.

“We’ve built Agenz to bring transparency and clarity to the real estate market,” said Malik Belkeziz, Founder of Agenz. “Our platform helps people make smarter decisions by providing accurate data on property values and market trends. This investment allows us to expand our services and reach more people across Morocco and Africa.”

Agenz provides professional tools for real estate agents, such as sophisticated valuation and market research solutions, in addition to assisting individuals seeking to buy, sell, or rent real estate. Whether they are professionals or homeowners, the platform makes sure that users have the information they need to easily navigate the real estate process.
