Mutual Mobile acquired by Grid Dynamics for expertise expansion
Grid Dynamics announced that it has acquired Mutual Mobile to expand its expertise in Experience Design, Mixed Reality, and Cloud Edge for Global Brands in a matter of 30 days from its incubation in this city. Grid Dynamics has a clear strategy to grow in India starting with Hyderabad at its core for bringing the best breed of engineers and technologists to solve the most complex business problems.
According to a press statement from Grid Dynamics, Telangana’s IT Minister K T Rama Rao incubated the company’s India Operations last month.
Mutual Mobile was established in 2009 and has offices in Hyderabad, India, and the USA. It provides end-to-end design and development of next-generation apps that integrate mobile, augmented/virtual/mixed reality, cloud edge, and IoT approaches.
Mutual Mobile, which has over 200 people throughout India and North America, would greatly boost Grid Dynamics’ goal of broadening its international clientele and enabling top engineering talent to join the firm.
Grid Dynamics CEO Leonard Livschitz said, “We are bullish on India and more acquisitions are in the pipeline. These acquisitions are motivated by vertical play and strong digital engineering talent around AI, Data, Cloud, and UX.
India is a critical geo location in Grid Dynamics’ commitment to global expansion, according to Livschitz, who also thanked the Telangana administration and K T Rama Rao for their ongoing assistance.
