New Zealand based Easy Crypto raised US $12 M in Series A
Easy Crypto, a crypto business located in New Zealand, has raised $12 million in a Series A investment headed by Nuance Connected Capital.
GDP Venture, an Indonesian venture capital firm, Pathfinder KiwiSaver (a retirement fund) in New Zealand, Icehouse Ventures and Even Capital in the United States, and Hutt Capital and Seven Peaks Ventures in Indonesia were among the investors.
The money will be put to good use in expanding into new markets, notably in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
It was founded in 2018 by siblings Janine and Alan Grainger and trades over 150 different types of cryptocurrencies. It has made a total of US $750 million in sales thus far. It operates in South Africa, Australia, the Philippines, and Brazil at the moment.
