Nigerian Growth Accelerator launched by AWIEF, Victoria’s Secret
Victoria’s Secret and the Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF) have teamed to introduce the Growth Accelerator in Nigeria.
Since its launch in 2017, the AWIEF Growth Accelerator has been a premier business development program that provides high-growth, women-owned, or women-led enterprises with corporate advisory, mentorship, specialized business development and growth strategy training, networks, and financing access.
The program’s Nigerian version is being carried out by AWIEF as a part of The Tour Impact Fund, a Victoria’s Secret project aimed at boosting women’s voices, empowering them globally, and promoting gender equality.
Twenty Nigerian women who are the founders or leaders of creative, growing companies will have the chance to take part in the seven-month, high-impact program on investment readiness.
Although it aims to support businesses across multiple industries, tech-based and tech-enabled enterprises in catalytic sectors like agriculture, health, education, the creative industry, financial services, renewable energy, logistics, and climate-smart solutions will receive preference.
Applications are open until March 24.
