Pantomath closes its $60 M India Inflection Opportunity Fund
The India Inflection Opportunity Fund (IIOF) was closed by Pantomath Financial Services Group for Rs 500 crore, or roughly $60 million.
High net-worth individuals, prominent anchor investors, domestic sovereign funds, and family offices both domestically and abroad have all contributed to the India Inflection Opportunity Fund.
The fund intends to invest in Indian growth-stage companies, mainly at the pre-IPO stage, with a clear focus on value arbitrage.
Pantomath Capital Management Private Limited is the manager of the Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), which was introduced in April 2022. With this, the group’s total assets under supervision now exceed $300 million, or about Rs 2500 crore.
The Group recently diversified into distribution, wealth management, fintech, and stock broking by acquiring a sizeable portion of Asit C Mehta Financial Services Limited, a 40-year-old company that is owned by Deena and Asit C Mehta.
