Peppermint raised $4 M Series A funding for expansion

In its Series A funding round, Peppermint Robotics raised Rs 34 crore (approximately $4 million) from angel investors Vinners, IAN, JDSS, and Enrsion India Capital.

In 2024, peppermint made its debut in the US market. With this funding, it has raised a total of Rs 49 crore, or about $5.6 million. In 2025–2026, the company also intends to release a robot that cleans restrooms.

By 2026, the money raised will be utilized to grow into the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and EU markets. Along with strengthening product offerings and supporting technological updates, the capital will help scale infrastructure to meet rising demand.

Peppermint was founded by Runal Dahiwade in 2019 and has operations in six nations. Its solutions use robots driven by Peppermint OS and a proprietary electronics framework called “Skateboard” to improve operations and solve labor shortages.

The company manufactures material-handling and cleaning robots that operate on their own for commercial and industrial applications.

Over 180 active enterprise users from industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial real estate make up the Pune-based company, which reported an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 18 crore (~$2.2 million).
