Personal assistance startup Hulp secures $2.6 M Seed funding from Sparrow Capital, BITKRAFT Ventures
In a seed fundraising round co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, Concierge services and individual help Hulp has raised $2.6 million (about Rs 25 crore), with participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors, including chairman and co-founder of PB Fintech Yashish Dahiya.
According to a news release from Hulp, the money raised will be used to improve the company’s technology and product capabilities, bolster the senior leadership team, and expand AI workflows across lifestyle, household, and operational management.
Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel founded Hulp in April of this year to provide urban households with personal assistance and a concierge service. Through specialized personal assistants backed by AI-coordinated operations, the platform allows users to assign daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time tasks in over 15 categories.
Mathur headed multiple business verticals at PolicyBazaar (PB Fintech) as co-founder and chief business officer prior to founding Hulp.
The company claims that users can utilize voice notes to assign chores via WhatsApp or its mobile app. Government paperwork, kitchen management, runner services, laundry, gardening, event scheduling, restaurant reservations, and travel are just a few of the sectors in which the platform provides services.
Currently operating in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida, the Gurugram-based firm intends to grow to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. A 50-person operations staff that oversees daily household and leisure responsibilities is said to support it.
