Placement-focused startup NPrep raises undisclosed Pre-seed funding led by All In Capital

A pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital has raised an undisclosed amount for NPrep, a placement-focused company developing an AI-powered skilling platform for nursing professionals and students. IIMA Ventures, Chegg’s founder Aayush Phumbhra, and a number of family offices and angel investors also participated.

According to a press release from NPrep, the money raised will be used to increase the number of courses it offers, improve and develop AI-driven learning platforms, and strengthen its placement relationships with medical facilities and hospitals throughout India.

Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, Gourav, and Shrey Gupta co-founded the startup in 2024 with the goal of removing the obstacles faced by students from tier II and tier III cities by providing a skilling and placement platform driven by artificial intelligence that is customized to meet the unique requirements of nursing professionals and students.

Additionally, it will help students become more prepared for the workforce by providing automated assessment tools, resume building, and mock interviews, according to NPrep. According to the platform, it has over 2 million monthly learners and has grown to 40,000 students in just the last six months.

Building on its foundation of medical and technological expertise, the company intends to increase the scope of its placement services both domestically in FY26 and internationally by FY27.
