Proptech firm Bandhoo raised Rs 7.35 Cr Pre-series A funding from VCats
In a pre-Series A funding round led by Venture Catalysts and including participation from Neeraj Aggarwal, Manish Gupta, S Srinivasan, Amit Khera, and Abhishek Kumar, proptech startup Bandhoo has raised Rs 7.35 crore ($0.9 million).
Before this, in June 2021, Bandhoo raised $1.5 million from Unitus, InfoEdge Ventures, and Bharat Innovation Fund during its seed round.

Prashant Gupta and Sridhar Sundaram co-founded Bandhoo in 2020. The company provides construction technology and services, as well as a variety of cloud-SaaS and marketplace solutions, to the building industry’s various players, including developers, builders, contractors, PMCs, material suppliers, and laborers.
In order to ensure effective project management and continuous operations, the Bengaluru-based company claims that it empowers stakeholders in the real estate, infrastructure, and construction domains by utilizing managed marketplaces and SaaS solutions.
More than 20 developers, 10,000 suppliers of building materials, 1 lakh contractors, and 2.5 lakh construction workers are allegedly employed by Bandhoo.
Founded in 2001, Venture Catalysts is an integrated incubator that has invested in over 300 startups. Its typical investment range is between $250K and $2 million in early-stage companies.
