Proptech startup Ajras raised $1.5 M Pre-series A funding

Under the leadership of Veda Holding, the Saudi proptech startup Ajras has raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round.
Ajras, which Muath Aljubailan founded in 2022, offers special financing options to make rent payments easier. With a license from the General Authority for Real Estate, the startup focuses on the commercial and industrial sectors. Additionally, a “Rent Now, Pay Later” option was just added.
Madarek International led Agras to close a SAR 105.05 million seed funding round in November 2023.
Veda Holding, a Riyadh-based business incubator, helps both new and existing businesses by giving them the money they need to expand.
