Quick service app Snabbit raised $5.5 M Series A funding from Elevation and Nexus
Elevation Capital led a $5.5 million Series A round of funding for Snabbit, a quick service app that offers on-demand home services. Nexus Venture Partners also participated.
Prominent angels like Niraj Singh, Gaurav Munjal, Sanjeev Barnwal, and Vidit Aatrey also participated in the round. Nexus Venture Partners made a $1 million seed investment in early 2024, which was followed by this round.
For on-demand household chores, Snabbit links households with qualified professionals. For jobs like cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry, professionals can be scheduled by the hour and arrive in as little as 15 minutes.
Previously the chief of staff at Zepto, Aayush Agarwal founded Snabbit in 2024. The startup operates in a few Mumbai locations, and the money will be used to grow to new areas and assemble a capable staff.
“Over the past few months, we’ve been extremely focused on understanding customer pain points and building a model that is not only scalable but truly game-changing. The response so far has been highly encouraging—we’ve acquired thousands of customers within just a few kilometers of serviceable radius, driven primarily by strong word-of-mouth,” said Agarwal.
Snabbit claims that its comprehensive strategy for hiring, educating, and supervising professionals empowers a previously dispersed workforce by offering steady pay and benefits like health and accident insurance.
