Mumbai: Reliance JioMart online grocery shopping app has launched on Google Play Store and App App Store after the company’s recently concluded AGM (Annual General Meeting) that was held on July 15.
JioMart is all set to take on online retail giants such as Amazon, Flipkart, Grofers and more and the service is currently live in over 200 cities.
The JioMart Android app has been downloaded by over 100,000 users since it went live and on the Apple App Store, it is already the second-most-popular app in the shopping category.
JioMart enters India’s online grocery space that’s pegged to cross $3 Billion in sales this year. JioMart had a pilot launch earlier this year in many cities across India through its website and now the app has launched publicly for Android and iOS smartphones.
