Retail SaaS firm Impact Analytics raised $40 M from Sageview Capital
Impact Analytics, a Bengaluru-based Retail SaaS startup, announced today that it has closed a $40 million growth financing round. Leading this funding round was Sageview Capital, backed by longstanding partner Vistara Growth.
Sageview Capital partners Jeff Klemens and Prashanth Palakurthi, senior advisors, will join the company’s board of directors as a result of this transaction.
The company raised $10 million in Series B funding in October of last year and $11 million in Series A funding in February of 2021.
The eight-year-old business stated that it will use the money to grow its Bengaluru-based workforce in order to strengthen its AI and technology platform.
Impact Analytics provides enterprise artificial intelligence software with a focus on supply chain management, manufacturing, retail, and CPG. Leading retailers can make informed decisions based on data, transform their businesses, and reap significant benefits from its suite of products for planning, forecasting, merchandising, and end-to-end lifecycle pricing.
Software and tech-enabled businesses are the focus of private investment firm Sageview Capital. Elemental Machines, Demandbase, DISQO, Drivewyze, Elastic Path, Atmosphere, Aceable, Anitian, 360insights, and CallRail are a few of the companies it has invested in.
