Second edition of BH Africa Startup Awards now accepting applications
The second edition of the BH Africa Startup Awards, which aims to connect ventures with investment and other opportunities, is now accepting applications from the Burning Heroes (BH) Founders Association.
The competition is a part of the goal of the Burning Heroes Founders Association, which is to provide exceptional founders with equal access to international opportunities. All association events are non-profit, cooperative, and designed to link entrepreneurs with experts, media, and investors.
The first-ever BH Africa Startup Awards took place in 2023, showcasing more than 80 startups from all over the continent. Nine exceptional startups were selected as winners, receiving various prizes, by a panel of eminent judges from elite tech companies and venture capital firms, including Meta, AWS, Flat6Labs, Savant, Plug and Play, Katapult, and Starta VC.
A panel of European and African VCs and accomplished tech founders will be able to hear 30-stage startups’ virtual pitches thanks to BH Africa. Space-tech, ed-tech, fintech, agri-tech, prop-tech, mobility, climate, and AI for good are among the contest categories. Aside from media features, winners may also receive exclusive offers and promo codes from BH Africa partners, one-on-one consultations with experts, access to venture capitalists, and membership in our exclusive community.
Applications are open until April 1.
