Second Greentech Africa accelerator programme launched by Village Capital

The most recent iteration of Village Capital’s investment-readiness accelerator program, Greentech Africa, will help 10–15 startups with creative ideas for sustainable development in Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa.
Village Capital, which has been operating in Africa since 2012 through more than 14 accelerator programs, provides early-stage businesses with the social and financial capital they need to maximize their business and impact growth.
Village Capital introduced Greentech 2024 last year with the goal of promoting sustainable and creative solutions that will actively aid in enhancing resilience and lessening the effects of climate change throughout Africa.
For the second edition, startups from Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa are invited to apply by May 9th. These startups are developing solutions to speed up the transition to sustainable development, with a focus on topics like cleantech and climate tech, agri-tech and food security, circular and regenerative economy, natural resource management, and water, sanitation, and health.
