SG’s Temasek led $40 M Series B2 funding raised by Well-Link Technologies
According to CNBC, Temasek, a Singaporean state investment company, led the $40 million series B2 round of financing for Chinese cloud rendering startup Well-Link Technologies.
Future Capital and VGC, who were already stockholders, also contributed to the fundraising effort.
According to CEO Jianjun Guo, Well-Link sees the Temasek-led round as a gateway to international expansion. Previous investors in the company include Xiaomi, a tech company, and MiHoYo, a gaming startup.
Well-Link, a 2019 startup, is investigating how its cloud rendering technology may be used to virtual reality projects. Additionally, the Beijing-based business wants to inspire more game creators to produce cloud-based titles.
The Indian e-commerce facilitator DotPe just raised $55 million in a series C investment headed by Temasek.
