Singapore-based CGVPL led $2.2 M raised by WatchYourHealth
Conquest Global Ventures Private Limited (CGVPL), a venture capital firm with offices in Singapore, led the $ 2.2 million (roughly 18.50 crore) funding round for the healthtech platform WatchYourHealth (WYH). This is CGVPL’s initial investment in the Indian market.
According to a press release from WYH, the money will be used for product development, geographic expansion, sales and marketing initiatives, office space, and inventory improvement.
Ratheesh Nair founded WYH in 2015, a company that works with enterprise clients to improve customer health outcomes through the use of a SaaS platform and a phygital approach to healthcare financing and delivery. WYH empowers its clients to raise customer engagement, increase customer lifetime value (LTV), and improve profitability with a focus on delivering exceptional results through innovative solutions.
WYH asserts to serve more than 10 million users through its B2B integrated SaaS platform, with a top-line Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 100% over the previous three years.
“As we surpassed the milestone of 10 million users on our SaaS platform at the beginning of FY24, we recognised the need to strengthen our product offerings and expand into similar geographies worldwide. We believe we have found a trusted partner in Conquest Global, who will support our growth in India and help take WYH global. We intend to expand our operations beyond India across key markets like Japan, Singapore, UAE, Indonesia, and Bangladesh,” said Nair.
Competitors include WatchYourHealth and Healthians, which raised its most recent round in 2019. According to reports, the Gurugram-based business was working to raise $54 million from Westbridge and other investors.
