Singapore-based testing platform Mozark raises $40 M Series B funding to support global expansion

International Finance Corporation (IFC) and RMB Capitalworks led a $40 million Series B funding round for Mozark, a digital experience testing and measurement company based in Singapore. Kalaari Capital, an existing investor, continued to participate.

Mozark said in a statement on Tuesday that the additional funding will help it expand internationally and make strategic acquisitions possible.

Mozark creates technology that uses real-world user journey testing to measure digital performance across devices, networks, and locations. To assist organizations in identifying performance problems across applications, AI systems, and underlying infrastructure like data centers, networks, hardware, and power systems, the platform creates synthetic telemetry. This feature is meant to assist companies in identifying and resolving performance issues before they impact users.

Mozark claims that as artificial intelligence speeds up the creation and implementation of applications across consumer, business, and public-sector platforms, there is a growing need for dependable digital services. However, access to digital services may be impacted by performance variations across various networks, devices, and geographic locations.

Currently, Mozark provides services to over 50 government and business clients across more than 20 countries, including financial institutions, telecom providers, and regulators. According to the company, its deployments have completed over 25 million tests and run concurrently on thousands of live devices.

The founders and co-CEOs of Mozark, Kartik Raja and Fabien Renaudineau, stated that as AI-driven applications spread throughout the world, businesses will require more tools to assess how digital services function in practical settings. The company intends to speed up the commercialization of its testing platform for agent-to-agent communication systems, according to founder and chief product officer Chandra Ramamoorthy.

The funding will also help Mozark expand into priority markets, such as the US and parts of the Global South, while bolstering testing and measurement capabilities across applications, networks, and AI infrastructure, according to founder and chief product officer ChInvestors. The company intends to expedite the commercialization of its testing platform for agent-to-agent communication systems, according to Andra Ramamoorthy.
