Singapore’s Diaflow secures Seed funding from Insignia Ventures Partners

Diaflow, a workflow automation platform with its headquarters in Singapore, announced on Tuesday that its seed funding round, which was led by Southeast Asian venture capital firm Insignia Ventures Partners, was completed.

According to a statement from the company, the investment will support its growth into international markets and quicken the development of its autonomous AI technology, which revolutionizes how businesses accomplish tasks.

Diaflow intends to use this seed money to increase its market share internationally, improve its AI technology capabilities, and solidify its position as a pioneer in autonomous workflow automation.

“This is not just a financial milestone but proof that the market recognizes the transformative potential of AI agentic systems in reshaping how businesses operate,

“With Insignia Ventures Partners backing us, we’re positioned to accelerate our vision of making intelligent workflow automation accessible to organizations of all sizes,” said Jonathan Viet Pham, Chief Executive Officer of Diaflow.

He claims that this funding enables the company to enhance its technological capabilities and broaden its clientele in order to assist even more clients looking to use AI to boost productivity.

Diaflow differentiates itself from traditional automation tools by allowing users to describe their goals in natural language while the AI independently manages execution from start to finish while providing enterprise-grade data security. Diaflow was founded by seasoned operators with experience building and scaling technology across the United States, Europe, and Asia: Jonathan Viet Pham, Lai Pham (Chief Technology Officer), and Anh Doan (Chief Information Security Officer).

Diaflow’s multi-agent architecture handles everything from simple tasks to complex projects involving research, coordination, and thorough report generation. This eliminates the need for users to lay out every step in strict “if-then” workflows by interpreting intentions, creating execution strategies, and delivering finished work.

Since its launch in February 2025, the platform has grown significantly, serving more than 10,000 users and organizations worldwide, with the US market accounting for more than 60% of adoption.

The platform maintains compliance with international standards such as SOC 2, GDP, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), making Diaflow’s approach especially appealing to businesses looking for both automation flexibility and enterprise-grade security.

“Diaflow significantly brings down barriers to workflow automation with a platform that empowers business teams to build AI-powered workflows, internal apps, and agents without writing code,

“This ease of use combined with highest security standards has allowed Diaflow to quickly scale platform adoption globally as a Singapore company even in the highly competitive US AI landscape,” shared Yinglan Tan, founding managing partner of Insignia Ventures Partners.

“With our partnership, we’re proud to be supporting Jonathan and his team as they take their platform’s growth even further as the demand for the AI-ification of workflows only grows stronger in the years to come,” he added.
