Singapore’s Vouch raised $2.5 M funding for AI development

Recently, Vouch, a Singapore-based provider of hotel operations management solutions, closed a $2.5 million funding round to advance the development of artificial intelligence (AI).

The company revealed the addition of cutting-edge AI-powered features to its product suite in a statement on Tuesday.

These improvements represent a major advancement for the hospitality sector as they are intended to greatly increase operational efficiency and stimulate revenue growth for hotels.

“We understand that dealing with complicated tech implementations can significantly drain a hotel’s time and resources,

“That’s why we designed our solutions to be the fastest to deploy and the easiest to use in the market.” said Joseph Ling, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vouch.

“As exciting as AI is, our focus has always been on delivering tangible results, not just showcasing advanced technology but harnessing it to create meaningful improvements for our clients,” he added.

As part of the upgrade, Vouch’s Guest Experience Platform now has a new quick one-click setup feature that cuts down on the amount of time it takes to develop a platform from weeks to hours. AI simplifies this process by automatically populating content, negating the need for manual configuration.

The multi-language AI support of the Guest Experience Platform is another significant improvement. It removes language barriers by accurately translating requests and responses in real-time.

In order to ensure that guests’ needs are completely understood and satisfied, hotel staff can now respond to requests made by guests in any language, including dietary preferences or requirements, in a seamless manner.

By eliminating uncertainty from upselling, Vouch’s AI upselling tool not only streamlines operations but also helps hoteliers optimize revenue potential.

Vouch AI predicts what customers want by examining their behavior and makes recommendations for successful room service pairings, upgrades, and add-ons.

To increase conversions, item names and descriptions are also optimized.

Vouch’s AI integration extends beyond interactions with guests; it can also be used by hotels to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows for increased productivity.

By streamlining maintenance requests and automating housekeeping duties, hotels can improve operational efficiency and free up staff to concentrate on providing outstanding guest experiences.

“Businesses today seek both efficiency and adaptability, and Vouch’s AI-driven solutions deliver on both fronts. Their strategic focus on rapid deployment and minimizing disruption addresses a key pain point in the hotel industry,

“We believe this unique approach positions Vouch as a market leader by enabling hotels to seamlessly adopt innovation, without the usual barriers of managing complex change,” said Tiang Lim Foo, Partner at Forge Ventures.
