Spike AI raises $1.9 M Pre-seed funding led by Sorin Investment

A pre-seed funding round led by Sorin Investments, which was co-founded by Sanjay Nayar and Angad Banga, has raised $1.9 million for Spike AI, a startup creating the first autonomous marketing intelligence system.

Principal Venture Partners, GSI, and other strategic backers based in the Bay Area are co-investors.

Spike AI intends to hasten the adoption of MAGI as the standard operating system for marketing, focusing on companies looking for a data-driven substitute for disjointed toolkits.

Spike AI was founded in 2024 by Deepesh Kumar and Shrestha Pratik. With its MAGI platform, an autonomous, self-driving growth engine, the company replaces manual guesswork and disjointed marketing tools.

Similar to how Salesforce revolutionized CRM, the platform’s explainable, adaptive AI seeks to rethink marketing orchestration.

In addition to identifying bottlenecks and implementing real-time improvements across websites, paid media, SEO, email, and influencer campaigns, MAGI also continuously analyzes marketing channels.
