Student venture partner programme launched by Eximius Ventures
Eximius Ventures, a micro-venture capital firm located in India, has launched the first cohort of its student venture partner programme, which is aimed to enable undergraduate students to engage in deal sourcing and assist budding entrepreneurs on their campuses.
Eximius Ventures hopes to use this initiative to help nascent-stage student-led firms succeed and to develop student venture partners to become part of the VC ecosystem.
The one-year initiative will provide student venture partners with up to US $500,000 to invest in firms from their network. It will also allow students to pitch offers to Eximius’ internal committee (IC) and get experience working in a venture capital firm.
The programme will begin in December 2021 with three students: Aryan Mittal from IIT Delhi, Bhargav Chaudhari from IIT Bombay, and Parth Goel from IIT Kharagpur.
