SydeLabs raised $2.5 M Seed funding from RTP Global
RTP Global led the $2.5 million seed round that startup SydeLabs, which specializes in AI security and risk management. Renowned angel investors like Kunal Shah and Sai Srinivas Kiran, as well as Picus Capital, participated in the round.
The startup plans to expand on its current product line and use the money for research and development (R&D).
Established by Ruchir Patwa and Ankita Kumari, SydeLabs provides solutions to detect and stop security and safety flaws in enterprise AI systems instantly, reducing the risk of cyberattacks and misuse.
To distribute its product, SydeLabs is looking to form partnerships with major providers of language models (LLM) operations. It is also developing instruments to assist businesses in attaining compliance for their AI applications worldwide.
The company’s goal is to generate $1 million in ARR (annual recurring revenue) by the end of 2024.
RTP Global, an early-stage venture capital firm, says it has invested in more than 110 projects worldwide. Among its noteworthy investments are SumUp, CRED, Datadog, and DeliveryHero.
