With the help of prominent investors like Rajiv Ahuja, Haresh Chawla, Jaswinder Ahuja, Dilipkumar Khandelwal, Abhishek Goyal, and others, the tender and RFP management platform ContraVault AI has raised Rs 5.1 crore in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital.
According to a press release from ContraVault AI, the money will be used to further verticalize its business across important RFP and tender sectors in order to improve analysis’s precision and applicability.
ContraVault AI, which was co-founded in 2023 by Sayan Sen, Tanmay Juneja, and Isha Juneja, automates risk analysis, clause negotiation, and document summarization, revolutionizing the management of tenders and RFPs. Designed for government contractors, legal teams, and businesses, it provides high-accuracy insights suited to industry-specific requirements, assisting organizations in making more informed choices in challenging bidding and tender management situations.
