Thailand’s Spacely AI secures $1 M Seed funding from PropTech Farm Fund III

PropTech Farm Fund III has led $1 million in seed funding for Spacely AI, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) startup based in Thailand.

According to a statement released by Spacely AI on Thursday, Ted Poshakrishna Thirapatana (Founder, UTC Holdings Co., Ltd.), Mek Srunyu Stittri (former VP Engineering, GitLab), and Wannaporn Phornprapha (Managing Director, P Landscape Co., Ltd.) also participated in the funding round.

The round comes after SCB 10X made a pre-seed investment in Spacely AI.

The additional funding will hasten product development and increase the company’s presence in important international markets.

With the money raised from seed funding, the company will launch Spacely AI’s next-generation 2D-to-3D automation engine, which eliminates up to 80% of manual concept work, enter the U.S. market, and provide sales and co-marketing resources to international partners.

Spacely AI is a company that wants to help architects increase their revenue, unleash their creativity, and reduce expenses.

AI rendering for both indoor and outdoor spaces, user-friendly image editing tools, AI virtual staging, and automated 3D model generation are all provided by its cloud suite.

The platform is expanding its support for more popular CAD tools and is fully integrated with SketchUp through Extension Warehouse, allowing professionals to work within the program they are already familiar with.
