Three-year AI-focused programme MOU signed by Egypt’s ITIDA, Techne
With an eye toward revolutionizing the artificial intelligence (AI) landscape throughout Africa, particularly in Egypt, the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) of Egypt has teamed up with Techne Summit.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by Techne Summit, a pioneer in promoting technological entrepreneurship, and ITIDA to initiate “AI Accelerate: Nurturing Tomorrow’s Tech Champions in Africa.” The purpose of the initiative is to empower entrepreneurs throughout Africa and accelerate the growth of AI-driven businesses.
A three-year program to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into social and economic ecosystems and build a tech-driven, sustainable future is outlined in the MOU. The initiative’s centerpiece is the Corporate Innovation Programme, which acts as a link between well-established corporates and AI startups.
With advanced mentoring, technical resources, and strategic business advice, this program provides a full ecosystem of support. Here, corporate allies such as Novartis and Nvidia are essential, lending their global resources and experience to assist startups in honing their ideas and achieving successful scale.
