Tractor Factory raised $500K Pre-seed funding from All In Capital

In its pre-seed round, Tractor Factory, an electric tractor technology company, raised Rs 4 crore, or about $500,000. All In Capital, an early-stage investment firm, led the round.

A number of well-known investors took part in the round, including family offices like Dhingra Partners Prosperity Trust (connected to the Kirloskar Generators family office), Bharat Founders Fund, and Devc.

Angel investors also joined the new investment, including Puneet Kumar from Steadview Capital, Aayush Phumbra from Chegg, Abhishek Goyal from Tracxn, and Samir Sood from Venture Highway.

The money raised will be utilized to improve customer satisfaction, broaden its market reach, and advance its technology.

Tractor Factory, an omnichannel marketplace created by Shailesh Tiwari in 2024, meets farmers’ mechanization needs by lowering the cost and increasing the accessibility of buying and selling used tractors.

Co-led by AdvantEdge Founders and Micelio Technology Fund, Moonrider, an electric tractor manufacturer, also raised $2.2 million (Rs 19 crore) in a seed round last week.

In 2024, EV startups raised $616.78 million through 48 deals, according to the media.
